Rooty is a family group chat scoring game. By using Rooty, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rooty. If you are under 18, you should use Rooty with a parent or guardian.
3. Messaging
Rooty sends and receives SMS messages through your phone number. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Rooty to harass, spam, or send harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Service changes
We may update Rooty, add features, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We'll try to give you notice for major changes.
6. Limitation of liability
Rooty is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service beyond what is required by law.
